How to collect a parcel?Your clients can collect their parcels in three simple steps:
Having finished shopping online, your client selects InPost parcel lockers as the delivery method. They can choose the locker which is closest or most convenient for them.
Your client will be notified by email or text when their parcel starts its journey. They can then check its whereabouts at any moment by entering the parcel number into our parcel tracking service.
When your client’s parcel has been delivered to the selected InPost parcel locker they will immediately be notified by text and email. The parcel will be waiting at the parcel locker for the next 3 days. And that’s how easy it is!

How to send a parcel?
A sender creates an account at Parcel Manager or any system you provide and starts using InPost. Before they can make use of our efficient and convenient delivery service they’ll also need to top up their account.
Before sending, they’ll need the delivery address, email address and phone number of the recipient, to be informed about the delivery. Then, the sender simply selects an InPost parcel locker and a parcel size then print the personalised label for the delivery.
At their selected InPost parcel locker, the sender needs to enter the dispatch code on the label, scan the parcel and a secure locker will open which is for their parcel only. Then, close the locker and they’ll receive an email confirmation that the parcel is ready to ship.
If the sender wants to check on their parcels, they can use the Parcel tracker to see its current whereabouts. As soon as the parcel reaches its destination terminal, the recipient will be notified. It’s that easy!

A functionality that allows to pass on a parcel from one person to another by dropping it in an InPost parcel locker. While leaving a parcel in the locker the sender is only asked to enter the recipients mobile number so we can notify the recipient about the parcel patiently waiting in the locker to be picked up. It’s that easy!
